Xiangye Environmental ProtectionFluidizer Tangshan Point-Type Fluidizer, as a critical flow aid component for the discharge of powdered materials from silos, plays an essential role. It is ingeniously installed at the lower part of the hopper, where air is introduced through a porous plate to fluidize the powder, effectively enhancing material fluidity. This prevents bridging and ensures smooth, uninterrupted material discharge.
In terms of layout, the point-type fluidizer adopts a multi-point arrangement installed at the discharge cone section. This flexible configuration allows for multi-directional fluidization of materials, further ensuring smooth material flow. There are various types of fluidizers, including silo fluidizers, disc-type fluidizers, and dish-type fluidizers, with silo fluidizers being the most prominent due to their exceptional performance and effectiveness. As an indispensable component of the pulverized coal injection system for blast furnaces, the point-type fluidizer plays a pivotal role. It not only ensures that coal powder remains effectively filtered inside the tank during blow tank depressurization or safety valve release, preventing environmental pollution, wear on pipelines and valves, and coal powder waste, but also significantly reduces costs.
This fluidizer utilizes a distribution plate composed of non-return nozzles, with minimal pressure loss—requiring only 0.05 MPa to activate. This design effectively prevents powder and gas backflow. By installing the fluidizer in the blow tank, the common issue of powder accumulation in multi-cone, multi-pipeline blow tank configurations is eliminated, further enhancing system stability and efficiency.
Additionally, the fluidizer can be flexibly configured for continuous coal injection systems using series or parallel discharge arrangements. This system offers advantages such as simple processes, compact structure, safety, and reliability, making it particularly suitable for pulverized coal injection in blast furnaces within the metallurgical industry.
It is worth mentioning that our uniquely designed fluidizing injection device is made from 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plate with a thickness of approximately 3 mm. On its circular surface, we have designed elongated slits arranged in a cross pattern perpendicular to the central crossline. The slit gap is only 0.5 mm, with a length of about 20 mm and a spacing of 10 mm. More importantly, the lower edge of the slits is chamfered at 1×45°, a clever design that allows compressed air to concentrate more toward the center of the fluidizing injection device, thereby enhancing the suspension and fluidization effect of coal powder in the central area. This design makes the coal powder on the fluidizing injection device easier to flow, ensuring the stability of coal powder injection and greatly improving the operational efficiency and user experience of the fluidizing injection device.
