      The new pulverized coal distributor developed by our company is based on the advantages of various previous types of distributors and incorporates foreign new technologies. This new pulverized coal distributor adopts a conical design and is actually an upgraded version of the old bottle-type, disc-type, and spherical distributors. Unlike traditional disc-type and bottle-type distributors, its branch pipes are horizontally distributed. In the pulverized coal injection system, pulverized coal is conveyed by airflow under certain pressure, which often causes significant wear and tear on the equipment. However, our product is designed to address the shortcomings of previous models.

       The pulverized coal distributor mainly consists of a main pipe, the body (including conical, disc-type, and bottle-type), and various branch pipes. The branch pipes are evenly distributed above the body, with the conical design featuring branch pipes distributed at an elevation angle (such as 90 degrees or 120 degrees). The pulverized coal injection branch pipes (such as No. 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, and 18) are evenly distributed around the upper part of the distributor body. The lower end of the distributor is connected to one end of the main coal conveying pipe, while the branch pipes on the upper part of the distributor are connected to individual pulverized coal injection lances.
