      The Yangzhen hammer is composed of multiple parts precisely combined, including a flexible clamping arm, hammer head, hammer handle, and rapping shaft. Its uniqueness lies in the clever design of the flexible clamping arm, which consists of one arm, an arc-shaped flexible arm, and another arm. One arm is tightly connected to the hammer head via a robust large rivet, while the other arm is movably connected to the hammer handle through a delicate small rivet. Finally, the hammer handle is securely fixed to the rapping shaft.

This design ensures that when the rapping shaft rotates, the curved hammer arm closely follows the shaft, maintaining an extremely small distance between the hammer head and the rapping shaft at all times. Typically, one rapping hammer is installed per row of plates, while multiple rows of rapping hammers in the same electric field are mounted on a single drive shaft. These rows are staggered at certain angles to allow alternating rapping of each row. The intensity and frequency of rapping can be flexibly adjusted through an intelligent electronic control device.
