The pulverized coal fluidized conveyor, akin to the pulse of coal powder transportation, is a critical equipment in the coal powder conveying process. It is ingeniously installed at the lower part of the injection tank, primarily made of a diffusion metal mesh plate, and equipped with an internal gas distributor. This design ensures uniform airflow distribution throughout the fluidized bed, significantly enhancing the fluidization effect of coal powder and making the conveying process smoother.

IV. Innovation in Blast Furnace Pulverized Coal Injection
In the field of blast furnace pulverized coal injection, we have introduced a new fluidized injection device. This device is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plate, approximately 3mm thick. On its circular surface, we innovatively designed elongated slits arranged in a cross pattern, perpendicular to the central cross line. The slit gap is precisely 0.5mm, with a length of about 20mm and a spacing of 10mm. More uniquely, the lower edge of the slits is chamfered at 1×45°, a clever design that allows compressed air to concentrate more in the middle of the fluidized injection device, thereby enhancing the suspension and fluidization effect of coal powder in the central area. This improvement makes the coal powder flow more easily on the device, ensuring stable coal powder injection and significantly boosting the performance of the fluidized injection device.
