• PFPQ Bottle-Type Pulverized Coal Distributor ◦ Structural Features: The distributor body is an inverted bottle-shaped cavity with a bottle shoulder angle of 150°. A circular boss is provided in the upper-middle circumference of the distributor body, and the coal outlet branch pipes are evenly arranged on this boss. The top is equipped with a removable cover plate, allowing for 36-40 coal outlets. ◦ Working Principle: Through the inverted bottle-shaped cavity structure and the rational arrangement of the coal outlet branch pipes, the pulverized coal is evenly distributed to each branch pipe under the action of airflow, effectively overcoming the drawback of vortex generation commonly seen in cavity-type distributors. ◦ Applicable Scenarios: Suitable for blast furnace coal injection systems requiring large coal throughput, maintaining stable distribution performance under high coal volume conveying conditions.
• PSFPQ Disc-Type Pulverized Coal Distributor ◦ Structural Features: It adopts a conical design, consisting of a main pipe, the body, and various branch pipes. The coal injection branch pipes are evenly distributed on the upper part of the distributor body, with the lower end connected to the coal conveying main pipe and the upper branch pipes connected to each pulverized coal lance. It is manufactured from carbon steel structural components with precise processing and high geometric accuracy. ◦ Working Principle: The total outlet area of the branch pipes is similar to the inlet channel area. When a high-pressure solid-gas flow enters the inner cavity, it forms a strong vortex that evenly distributes the pulverized coal to each branch pipe. ◦ Applicable Scenarios: Suitable for pulverized coal conveying systems under various gas-solid ratios in blast furnace coal injection systems. It can be used for both dilute-phase and dense-phase conveying, making it a key device in blast furnace coal injection systems for evenly distributing pulverized coal to the blast furnace tuyeres.
