This equipment is integrated into the fluidizer at the bottom of the injection tank or pulverized coal bin. Through gas penetrating the fluidization plate and mixing with pulverized coal, it forms a fluidized solid-gas package, enabling efficient long-distance transportation. Its core fluidization plate adopts a cross-shaped slit layout (gap 0.5mm, length 20mm, spacing 10mm), with a bottom chamfer design that concentrates airflow in the central area, significantly enhancing the suspension stability and fluidity of pulverized coal, ensuring continuous and reliable injection processes.

Materials and Manufacturing
- Material: 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel (thickness 3mm) is selected, offering high-temperature resistance (up to 800°C), corrosion resistance, and high mechanical strength.
- Manufacturing Process: Based on multi-layer metal woven wire mesh, it is formed through laminated composite pressing and vacuum sintering technology, achieving uniform pores and a blind-hole-free structure.
