      The Gas Supplement Regulator—the core equipment in pulverized coal conveying, located at the outlet of the injection tank's main coal pipeline. This device primarily functions in the pneumatic conveying process of pulverized coal, effectively diluting the high-concentration coal powder flowing out of the injection tank to achieve a more thorough and uniform solid-gas mixture. Through this process, the coal powder and gas form a stable dense-phase solid-gas two-phase flow, which is crucial for achieving long-distance dense-phase conveying of pulverized coal.

Inside the equipment, an ingenious design allows for easy adjustment of the gas supplement channel gap by turning the round nut, thereby precisely regulating the gas supplement volume and flow rate to meet the coal injection volume adjustment needs in production.

        In terms of technical parameters, this equipment is specifically designed for conveying pulverized coal with nitrogen (or air). It has a design temperature of up to 100°C and design pressures of 1.0MPa, 1.6MPa, and 2.5MPa, fully meeting conveying requirements under various conditions.

      Distinct Product Features: The Gas Supplement Regulator demonstrates strong flow regulation capability during dense-phase conveying. By adjusting the bypass gas supplement volume, it can control the powder flow rate over a wide range while disrupting the formed material column, achieving stable long-distance conveying. Its design, featuring inner and outer sleeves, allows the central pipe to convey coal powder while the outer annular pipe supplies secondary air, creating a jet at a certain angle that mixes circumferentially with the central powder, further optimizing the coal conveying environment.
       Additionally, the Gas Supplement Regulator comes in both adjustable and non-adjustable structures. The adjustable type, like a dual-pipe system, uses the inner pipe to transport coal powder and the outer pipe to supplement gas, with both pipes working together to significantly improve the pneumatic conveying conditions in the coal pipeline. The non-adjustable type, while simpler in structure, easy to replace, and low-cost, is equally capable of performing its tasks.
