UHZ-XH800B Series Magnetic Level Transmitter

Overview

The UHZ-XH800B series magnetic level transmitter is a float-type level transmitter used to convert the medium level inside a container into a 4-20mA two-wire standard signal output. Additionally, the transmitter can provide on-site indication. This series includes standard, corrosion-resistant, and explosion-proof models. The corrosion-resistant type offers excellent resistance to highly corrosive media, while the explosion-proof type can be used in flammable and explosive environments. This product is widely applied in industries such as chemical, power, papermaking, food, environmental protection, and urban construction, for example, in sewage treatment, underground oil tanks, and level measurement of high-level water tanks.

Structural Principle

The transmitter consists of two parts: a level sensor and a signal converter. The float outside the sensor's guide rod moves up and down along the detection tube with changes in liquid level. The permanent magnet inside the float controls the reed switch inside the guide rod to close or open, causing a linear change in the resistance value within the sensor. The signal converter then transforms this resistance change into a 4-20mA DC signal output.
