Working Principle:

Compressed air is evenly distributed around the crushing chamber through nozzles set at a certain angle to the radius direction, converting pressure energy into velocity energy to generate high-speed airflow. This causes the powdered material particles, which continuously and uniformly enter the crushing chamber via the feeding injector, to undergo intense collisions, friction, and impact with the inner surface of the crushing chamber, thereby achieving ultra-fine grinding.

· Suitable for ultra-fine grinding of dry brittle materials (moisture content <3%).
· Utilizes self-grinding through interactions between particles to obtain high-purity micron and sub-micron level ultra-fine particles.
· Equipped with steel, anti-sticking, or ceramic linings to address the grinding of hard and wall-adhering materials.
· Compressed gas undergoes adiabatic expansion through nozzles, producing a Joule-Thomson cooling effect, enabling grinding at low temperatures, making it particularly suitable for heat-sensitive and low-melting-point materials.
