Working Principle:
The machine utilizes a rapidly rotating pendulum around a horizontal axis. Based on the shape of the lining toothed plate grooves, the rotation of the rotor forms a cyclonic vortex field within each groove. The rotational direction of this vortex is opposite to that of the main vortex formed by the rotor, causing particles to impact and collide with each other. The particles further collide with the pendulum to crush the material. Fine particles are discharged through the discharge screen, while particles that do not meet the fineness requirement continue to be crushed in the crushing chamber, giving the machine a grading function. On the other hand, the gap between the front end of the pendulum and the lining toothed plate also provides a shearing effect, making this machine widely applicable for crushing tough materials and fibrous substances.

Finally, fine particles are discharged through the screen.
