QON Cyclonic Tube Airflow Mill

Working Principle:

Pressurized gas generates a jet stream through the feeding nozzle, which draws the raw material into the mixing chamber and injects it into the crushing cavity at the lower end of the "O"-shaped loop via the Venturi tube. Under the action of high-speed jets from the surrounding crushing nozzles in the crushing cavity, the particles collide and rub against each other violently, achieving pulverization. The finely crushed powder is carried by the airflow through the riser into the primary classification chamber. Coarse particles, due to their greater centrifugal force, return to the crushing cavity via the downcomer for further grinding, while fine particles enter the secondary classification chamber with the airflow. Ultrafine particles with very low mass are separated by the classification vortex and exit through the central outlet into the collection system.
