Working Principle:
The dual-axis micro pulverizer is of a vertical design, with a crushing chamber and a grading chamber inside. Its structure and working principle are illustrated in the diagram. During operation, negative pressure is generated by suction at the discharge pipe, and a quantitative screw feeder pushes the material from the hopper into the crushing chamber. The powder then passes over the guide ring and enters the grading chamber. As the grading wheel rotates, the powder flowing into the blade channel is subjected to both aerodynamic and centrifugal forces. Particles larger than the critical diameter (grading particle size), due to their greater mass, are thrown back into the crushing chamber for further grinding, while particles smaller than the critical diameter enter the collection system through the discharge pipe.
The JCL dual-axis micro pulverizer features a compact design and a rational structure. It is equipped with an internal grading mechanism, enabling crushing and grading to be completed in one step, thereby reducing energy loss caused by over-grinding. The system includes an induced draft fan that continuously expels heat generated during the crushing process, making it suitable for grinding heat-sensitive materials. This machine has strong adaptability and produces a narrow particle size distribution. It can handle the grinding of materials such as chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, medicines, cosmetics, plastics, dyes, resins, pigments, grains, and more.
