QLD Type Fluidized Bed Air Jet Mill

Working Principle:
Material enters the crushing chamber, where a supersonic jet stream forms a centripetal reverse jet field at the lower part of the chamber. Under the pressure difference, the material at the bottom of the mill becomes fluidized. The accelerated material converges at the intersection point of multiple nozzles, resulting in intense impact, collision, and friction, leading to pulverization. The crushed fine powder moves upward with the airflow to the turbo classifier at the top, where, under centrifugal force, the fine powder meeting the fineness requirements is discharged.

· Minimal wear: Since the primary crushing action involves the mutual impact and collision of particles in the fluidized bed, high-speed particles rarely collide with the mill walls, and the material does not pass through the nozzles, making it suitable for crushing high-hardness materials. The inner cylinder is lined with ceramic material, and the installation of a ceramic classification wheel makes it more suitable for crushing high-purity materials (such as battery materials, alumina, zirconia, etc.).
