JCF Mechanical Crusher

Working Principle:
Raw materials enter the crushing chamber from the star valve through an inclined pipe via the classification chamber, where they are subjected to intense impact from the hammers. Simultaneously, they undergo impact, friction, and shearing in the gap between the hammers and the liner plate. The crushed materials are carried upward by the airflow to the classification wheel for grading, and the fine powder meeting the fineness requirements is discharged.

Features:

This machine integrates mechanical crushing and airflow classification into one unit, making it a new type of combined equipment with a compact structure.
It features a split mechanism that separates the classification and crushing components, facilitating inspection, cleaning, and maintenance.
It has a large production capacity, with raw material particles up to approximately 15mm, and the product particle size d97 can be adjusted within the range of 6-150μm.
Generally suitable for materials with a Mohs hardness of 3.5. With special wear-resistant materials, it can handle materials with a Mohs hardness of up to 7.
