Description:

The horizontal electric tensile testing machine consists of an electric tensile base and a dynamometer. It is used to test the breaking force of wires, terminals, and small hardware, as well as the adhesion value of wires, the pull-out force of plugs and sockets, etc. One end of the fixture is fixed, while the end with the dynamometer drives the sample. When the sample breaks, the breaking force value is displayed on the dynamometer, and the machine stops operating.

Parameters

The horizontal electric tensile machine can withstand a force of 100 kg.

Stroke: 300 MM, adjustable within this range, with automatic stop at the end of the stroke.

Left fixed fixture: Adjustable forward, backward, up, and down.

Testing speed: 10 ~ 350 MM/MIN, adjustable.

Control method: Forward (right) / Stop / Backward (left).

Force sensing: Mechanical push-pull dynamometer and electronic push-pull dynamometer (selectable from 1-100 kg).

Wire adhesion tester fixture plate aperture: 0.2/0.3/0.4/0.5/0.6/0.7/0.8/0.9/1.0MM, minimum 0.2MM
