Huangshi Xingcheng Kiln Co., Ltd., located in Huangshi City, is a private enterprise specializing in the design, construction, and operation of mechanized shaft kilns, gas-fired shaft kilns (using natural gas, calcium carbide furnace tail gas, and smelting furnace tail gas), and pulverized coal injection shaft kilns. With strong independent design capabilities, the company boasts a professional team skilled in the construction of lime kilns and a specialized team in kiln calcination, ensuring the production of high-quality lime from the kilns built.

The gas-fired shaft kiln independently designed by our company is a national innovation and has obtained a national patent. The pulverized coal injection vertical lime kiln designed by us is about to be put into production, and this technology is expected to bring a revolutionary change to the lime industry.

Utilizing our unique wind-cap-free ventilation technology, our company has successfully broken through the traditional three-zone (preheating, calcination, cooling) lime kiln production process and invented a four-zone (preheating, calcination, heat preservation, cooling) lime kiln production process. The lime produced by this process is of higher quality compared to that from three-zone kilns, reduces reliance on kiln masters, and saves approximately 8% of raw materials.

Our company invented the single-tube rotary distributor, which currently leads the advanced level of domestic distribution equipment.
