Functions and uses
1. This product is used as a solvent for rubber, coatings, and varnishes, a diluent for adhesives, and an oil extractant. It is often used as a substitute for benzene in degreasing, delubricating, and paint removal. It is mainly used in the production of nylon monomers such as adipic acid, hexamethylenediamine, and caprolactam, and also serves as a raw material for the production of cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone.
2. Used as an analytical reagent, such as a solvent and a standard substance for chromatographic analysis. Also used in organic synthesis.
3. Complexometric titration of copper, iron, silicon, aluminum, calcium, magnesium, etc.; standard substance for chromatographic analysis.
4. Used as a photoresist solvent.
5. Used for the extraction of essential oils.
6. Cyclohexane is a cleaning and degreasing agent. The MOS grade is mainly used for discrete devices, medium- and large-scale integrated circuits, while the BV-III grade is mainly used for ultra-large-scale integrated circuits.

II: Production process and upstream raw materials
In industrial production, the production methods of cyclohexane are divided into benzene hydrogenation and the fractional distillation of petroleum hydrocarbon fractions. Benzene hydrogenation is the main production method for cyclohexane. Benzene hydrogenation: Benzene and hydrogen undergo a hydrogenation reaction in the presence of a nickel catalyst at 120-180°C to produce cyclohexane.
The main upstream raw materials are pure benzene and hydrogen.

1. This product is used as a solvent for rubber, coatings, and varnishes, a diluent for adhesives, and an oil extractant. (Due to its low toxicity, it is often used as a substitute for benzene in degreasing, delubricating, and paint removal.)
