Electronic Grade N-Methylpyrrolidone (NMP)

     N-Methylpyrrolidone is an organic compound with the chemical formula C5H9NO. It appears as a colorless to light yellow transparent liquid with a slight ammonia odor, miscible with water in any proportion, hygroscopic, stable in neutral media, and easily decomposes in alkaline/acidic conditions.
     This product is an excellent solvent, serving as a selective and stable polar solvent, and a high-performance cleaning agent for precision electronics, circuit boards, and lithium batteries. It is widely used in the production of adhesives, paints, fuels, and pharmaceuticals. It is also extensively applied in lubricant refining, polymer synthesis, insulating materials, pesticides, pigments, and cleaning agents. This solvent is an effective dispersant for pigments (coatings) and can be used in both water-dispersible coatings and solvent-based coatings.
