Baghouse Dust Removal Environmental Equipment

The working mechanism of bag dust removal equipment (baghouse, bag filter) involves dusty flue gas passing through the filter material, where dust particles are captured. The collection of coarse dust particles primarily relies on inertial impaction, while the capture of fine dust particles depends mainly on diffusion and sieving. The effectiveness of dust removal in bag dust removal equipment is related to various factors, but it primarily depends on the filter media. The filter media of bag dust collectors are cloth or felt woven from synthetic fibers, natural fibers, or glass fibers. As needed, the cloth or felt is sewn into cylindrical or flat dust filter bags. Depending on the properties of the flue gas, the appropriate filter media suitable for the application conditions are selected. Typically, when the flue gas temperature is below 120°C and the filter media require acid resistance and durability, polyester fleece cloth and polyester needle-punched felt are often chosen; when handling high-temperature flue gas (<250°C), graphitized glass fiber cloth is mainly selected.
