Working Principle

When drying materials in the drying chamber, it is necessary to continuously replenish fresh air to expel moisture and odors from the materials to achieve drying. The
supplemented fresh air is basically at room temperature, consistent with the environmental conditions. The waste heat recovery device can heat the room-temperature air to a certain temperature,
reducing the energy consumption of the heating device.

2. Compared to heat pipes, superconducting media do not generate non-condensable gases during long-term operation and can inhibit metal oxidation, resulting in a long service life. 3. Each superconducting tube operates independently; damage to a single tube will not affect the system operation. 
4. Designed with a detachable structure, allowing individual tubes to be disassembled and cleaned, ensuring a long service life.
5. The system prevents cross-contamination of air; hot exhaust gases do not enter the drying chamber, ensuring drying quality.
6. Supports integrated "heat recovery + exhaust gas purification" design, with energy efficiency exceeding 50% and purification efficiency exceeding 95%.
