Water-based High-Temperature Ink Vehicle XM-Y1

Water-based printing varnish is formulated with environmentally friendly water-based materials and is widely used as a bonding material for glass and ceramic printing inks. It is suitable for roller coating and screen printing processes, offering excellent print adaptability and ink storage stability with minimal sedimentation.
Water-based high-temperature glass ink prepared with XM-Y1 exhibits strong adhesion after baking and is easy to handle. It is primarily used for photovoltaic glass panels, and printing equipment can be cleaned directly with water. At 680-750°C, the color glaze melts and sinters into a glassy body, leaving no residual varnish. After tempering or firing, there are no black or variegated residues that affect color appearance, and it prevents charring, discoloration, or bubbling of the color glaze. It provides strong coverage, high gloss, and excellent brightness.
Mainly used for high-temperature sintered water-based photovoltaic printing inks, automotive side window inks, household eco-friendly inks, architectural glass inks, shower enclosure inks, and water-based transparent inks. It serves applications such as photovoltaic panels, photovoltaic backsheets, range hood glass panels, microwave oven glass panels, and other high-temperature sintered water-based color glazes and transparent glaze series for high-temperature glass inks.
