Working Principle of Xinrui Laboratory Ultrapure Water Treatment
The working principle of the laboratory ultrapure water machine is that tap water is pre-treated through precision filter cartridges and activated carbon filter cartridges to filter out particles such as sediment and adsorb odors, making the tap water cleaner. It then undergoes water purification and desalination via a reverse osmosis device. The purified water is stored in a storage tank, meeting the national tertiary water standard, while the wastewater from the reverse osmosis device is discharged. Reverse osmosis purified water undergoes deep desalination through a purification column to produce Grade 1 water or ultrapure water. If there are special requirements, ultraviolet sterilization or microfiltration, ultrafiltration, etc., devices can be added after the ultrapure water stage to remove residual bacteria, particles, pyrogens, etc. Precision filter cartridges, activated carbon filter cartridges, reverse osmosis membranes, and purification columns are materials with relative lifespans.
