Xinrui Laboratory Ultrapure Water System is a water purification equipment for laboratory use, designed to remove all solid impurities, salt ions, bacteria, viruses, and other contaminants from water through methods such as filtration, reverse osmosis, electrodialysis, ion exchange, and UV sterilization. Laboratory ultrapure water systems are widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, electronics, chemicals, and biological and理化 laboratories. These systems typically produce both pure water and ultrapure water. Xinrui Laboratory Ultrapure Water approaches the theoretical purity limit in terms of resistivity, organic content, particles, and bacterial count. It is pre-purified through ion exchange, RO membrane, or distillation, and then further refined via nuclear-grade ion exchange to obtain ultrapure water. Generally, ultrapure water has a resistivity of up to 18.2 MΩ·cm, TOC <10 ppb, filters out particles as small as 0.1 μm or even smaller, and has a bacterial content below 1 CFU/ml. Ultrapure water is suitable for various precision analytical experiments, such as High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Ion Chromatography (IC), and Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS).
Working Principle of Xinrui Laboratory Ultrapure Water System: The system works by first pretreating tap water with precision filter cartridges and activated carbon cartridges to remove particles like sediment and adsorb odors, making the tap water cleaner. It then undergoes reverse osmosis for purification and desalination. The purified water is stored in a tank, meeting the national三级 water standard, while wastewater from the reverse osmosis process is discharged. Reverse osmosis purified water is further desalinated through purification columns to produce Grade I water or ultrapure water. If the user has specific requirements, additional devices such as UV sterilizers, microfiltration, or ultrafiltration can be added to remove residual bacteria, particles, pyrogens, etc. Precision filter cartridges, activated carbon cartridges, reverse osmosis membranes, and purification columns all have limited lifespans. The precision and activated carbon filters protect the reverse osmosis membrane; if they fail, the load on the RO membrane increases, shortening its lifespan. Continued operation under these conditions degrades water quality, increasing the burden on the purification column and reducing its lifespan, ultimately raising the operating costs of the ultrapure water system.
