Working Principle of Xinrui Laboratory Ultrapure Water System
The working principle of the laboratory ultrapure water system involves pretreating tap water with precision filter cartridges and activated carbon cartridges to filter out particles such as sediment and adsorb odors, making the tap water cleaner. It then undergoes purification and desalination through a reverse osmosis unit. The purified water is stored in a storage tank, meeting the national Grade III water standard, while the wastewater from the reverse osmosis unit is discharged. Reverse osmosis purified water undergoes deep desalination through a purification column to produce Grade I water or ultrapure water. Finally, if the user has specific requirements, UV sterilization or microfiltration/ultrafiltration devices are added after the ultrapure water stage to remove residual bacteria, particles, pyrogens, etc. Precision filter cartridges, activated carbon cartridges, reverse osmosis membranes, and purification columns are materials with limited lifespans. The precision filter and activated carbon cartridges protect the reverse osmosis membrane. If they fail, the load on the reverse osmosis membrane increases, shortening its lifespan. If operation continues, the quality of the produced pure water declines, increasing the burden on the purification column and shortening its lifespan. Ultimately, this raises the operating cost of the ultrapure water system.

The Xinrui Ultrapure Water System uses tap water as the source and integrates technologies such as microfiltration, activated carbon adsorption, reverse osmosis, ion exchange, UV oxidation, and ultrafiltration to remove ions, pyrogens, organic matter, particles, microorganisms, bacteria, and other impurities from water.
