The Xinrui Laboratory High-Purity Water System is a commonly used equipment in scientific laboratories, capable of meeting the technical requirements for purified water in experiments. This system can almost completely remove conductive media from water, as well as reduce non-dissociable colloidal substances, gases, and organic compounds to very low levels. Producing ultrapure water is a standard that general water purification equipment finds difficult to achieve. It typically involves four major steps: pretreatment, reverse osmosis technology, high-purity treatment, and post-treatment, utilizing multiple methods such as multi-stage filtration, high-performance ion exchange (polishing), and ultrafiltration filter devices.
The Xinrui High-Purity Water System uses tap water as the source and integrates technologies including microfiltration, activated carbon adsorption, reverse osmosis, ion exchange, ultraviolet oxidation, and ultrafiltration to remove impurities such as ions, pyrogens, organic matter, particles, microorganisms, and bacteria. This produces pure water that meets the purity requirements for experiments, making it applicable in universities, research institutes, industrial systems, and the medical industry.
Performance Features of the RSE Series Xinrui Laboratory High-Purity Water System
1. Equipped with power indicator, pump operation indicator, low-pressure indicator, and system flushing indicator functions.
2. Utilizes imported ion filtration membranes and high-pressure, silent pure water pumps for more reliable operation and broader water quality applicability.
3. Features a system flushing function: Before each startup for water production, the system automatically flushes for 30 seconds before beginning water production.
4. Includes a system protection function: The equipment automatically shuts down when water pressure is too low or there is no water supply, and restarts automatically when water is available.
5. The RSE Series High-Purity Water System has online water quality monitoring capabilities, allowing real-time monitoring of inlet water quality (located above the instrument, near the functional detection area, indicated by a digital tube), RO water quality and temperature, as well as pure water quality and temperature.

The outlet water quality meets the Chinese National Laboratory Water Standard (GB6682-92).
