Xinrui Laboratory High-Purity Water Machine, as a device for producing ultrapure water, serves as a secondary desalination unit following reverse osmosis equipment, capable of producing water with a resistivity as high as 10-18.2 MΩ·CM. Therefore, it is widely used in the microelectronics industry, semiconductor industry, power generation industry, pharmaceutical industry, and laboratories. The Xinrui Laboratory High-Purity Water Machine is a specialized tool for producing ultrapure water by combining reverse osmosis technology with ion exchange technology. It employs a microcomputer intelligent program control system that can automatically detect and display water quality; ensuring high-quality water output while maintaining water production capacity.
Continuous Electrodeionization (CEDI) utilizes mixed ion exchange resins to adsorb anions and cations from the feed water. Simultaneously, under the influence of a direct current voltage, these adsorbed ions are removed by passing through anion and cation exchange membranes. In this process, the ion exchange resins are continuously regenerated electrically, eliminating the need for acid and alkali regeneration. This new technology can replace traditional ion exchange devices, producing ultrapure water with a resistivity of up to 18 MΩ·CM. It can be more clearly described as follows: EDI uses anion and cation membranes arranged symmetrically, with anion and cation resins sandwiched between them. Under the influence of a DC voltage, anion and cation exchange occur. Meanwhile, under the voltage gradient, water electrolyzes, generating a large amount of H+ and OH- ions, which continuously regenerate the anion and cation resins between the membranes. Due to the continuous exchange and regeneration, the purity of the water increases, easily producing high-purity water.
To meet user needs and achieve standard water quality while minimizing contamination at all levels, the Xinrui Laboratory High-Purity Water Machine is designed with a process that uses tap water meeting national standards as the source water. It includes pretreatment systems such as media filters, activated carbon filters, and precision filters, followed by an RO reverse osmosis main system and an ion exchange mixed bed system.
1. The media filter primarily removes suspended solids and mechanical impurities from the source water. The equipment is made of high-quality stainless steel and is equipped with water distribution caps, refined quartz sand, or other fillers. A reasonable quartz sand filling ratio and an efficient water distribution system ensure stable water quality. Additionally, the device features an air scouring function to thoroughly remove contaminants from the media and bed, improving water quality and extending the operational cycle.
2. The activated carbon filter functions to remove odors, color, oil, and organic impurities, significantly reducing free residual chlorine in the water to ensure the quality of water entering the reverse osmosis membrane. The equipment is constructed from high-quality stainless steel.
3. The RO main system incorporates advanced international reverse osmosis technology, utilizing the principle of pressure difference to effectively remove salts from water, with a desalination rate of up to 99%.
4. The mixed bed system uses ion exchange technology, containing anion and cation resins. A reasonable resin bed height effectively ensures that the output water meets user requirements.
