Laboratory ultrapure water machines are roughly divided into four units: pretreatment, reverse osmosis, ion exchange, and terminal ultrafiltration. Tap water first passes through the pretreatment unit to remove larger particles, suspended solids, and some organic matter. It then enters the reverse osmosis unit, where ionic substances and macromolecular materials (such as viruses, microorganisms, etc.) are intercepted and removed. Afterwards, it goes through the ion exchange unit to purify and ultrapurify the residual trace ions left after membrane removal, reducing the ion content in the water to trace levels. Finally, technologies such as UV and ultrafiltration ensure that microorganisms, organic matter, and pyrogens in the ultrapure water meet the requirements of various experimental applications. Ultrapure water machines use methods such as pretreatment, reverse osmosis technology, ultrapurification treatment, and post-treatment to almost completely remove conductive media from the water and reduce non-dissociating colloidal substances, gases, and organic matter to very low levels. Ultrapure water machines are also known as: ultrapure water devices, ultrapure water equipment, ultrapure water instruments, ultrapure water systems, laboratory ultrapure water devices, etc. The resistivity of ultrapure water produced by ultrapure water machines should generally be greater than 10 megohms; water above 10 megohms is called ultrapure water. High-quality ultrapure water output can reach 18.25 megohms.

Online monitoring of product water quality and recycling treatment of non-compliant water: To ensure water quality at the point of use meets requirements, the main unit's product water quality is monitored in real time, with a water quality feedback device in place for recycling and reprocessing non-compliant water;
7. Equipped with an automatic pipeline flushing function, periodically cleaning the pipelines to maintain internal cleanliness. During pipeline flushing, water can be directly discharged or recycled back to the main water production equipment for reuse to conserve water resources.

Working Principle of Xinrui Laboratory Ultrapure Water Machines
The working principle of laboratory ultrapure water machines involves tap water undergoing pretreatment through precision filter cartridges and activated carbon cartridges to filter out particles such as sediment and adsorb odors, making the tap water cleaner. It then passes through a reverse osmosis device for water purification and desalination. The purified water is stored in a storage tank, with water quality meeting national三级水 standards, while the wastewater from the reverse osmosis device is discharged. Reverse osmosis pure water undergoes deep desalination treatment through a purification column to obtain Grade 1 water or ultrapure water. Finally, if the user has special requirements, UV sterilization or microfiltration, ultrafiltration, etc., devices are added after the ultrapure water stage to remove residual bacteria, particles, pyrogens, etc. Precision filter cartridges, activated carbon cartridges, reverse osmosis membranes, and purification columns are materials with relative lifespans. Precision filter cartridges and activated carbon cartridges actually protect the reverse osmosis membrane. If they fail, the load on the reverse osmosis membrane increases, shortening its lifespan. If operation continues, the quality of the produced pure water declines, which in turn increases the burden on the purification column, shortening its lifespan. The final result is an increase in the operating cost of the ultrapure water machine.
