High-purity water production equipment belongs to ultrapure water, chemically pure water, with a theoretical conductivity of 18.3 MΩ·cm. High-purity water is also referred to as ultrapure water.
The Xinrui Laboratory high-purity water instrument equipment is equipped with a microcomputer controller, allowing manual and automatic switching operation. Its control functions include: no water, water full, automatic shutdown, low pressure, overpressure automatic protection, and the outlet water index can be set according to user requirements. If the set value is not reached, it undergoes circulation treatment through the back pressure valve. Once the set requirements are met, the water collection valve can be opened for use. The reverse osmosis (RO) elements, high-purity precision polishing resin, and main accessories, machines, pumps, and instruments of this equipment can all be selected from imported materials, ensuring reliable quality assurance for the equipment.

Process Introduction of Xinrui Laboratory High-Purity Water Instrument
1. Pre-treatment System
Equipped with a three-stage pre-treatment system. Particularly suitable for customers in areas with high tap water salinity, hardness, high solid impurities, and high chlorine content, it is extremely convenient and economical to use. This system is meticulously designed based on the concept of "layer-by-layer protection, step-by-step filtration." Due to the large capacity and high precision design of each unit, the pre-treatment function is more powerful, self-protection is better, and the removal efficiency of various impurities is higher.
2. Reverse Osmosis System
Uces high-quality imported RO membranes. With strong screening function, its performance is extremely stable. Under the system's set pressure, it only allows water to pass through while blocking solutes. Therefore, it can precisely filter out bacteria, viruses, salts, and various carcinogenic substances in water. The desalination rate is ≥99%. The reverse osmosis system has an automatic cleaning function, effectively preventing scaling and clogging of the RO membrane, ensuring efficient and stable operation.
3. Ultrapurification System
Uses high-quality nuclear-grade polishing mixed-bed three-column resin. The setup of the ultrapurification system ensures that all ions in the water are removed. The resistivity of the water produced through this system can reach up to 18 MΩ/cm, sufficient to meet the basic application requirements of various experiments.

2. Uses imported ion filtration membranes and high-pressure, silent pure water pumps, ensuring more reliable operation quality and wider applicability to water quality;
3. Equipped with a system flushing function: before each startup for water production, it automatically flushes for 30 seconds, then the system begins water production;
4. Has a system protection function: when water pressure is too low or there is no water, the equipment automatically shuts down; when water supply resumes, the equipment automatically starts up;
5. The RSE series high-purity water machine has online water quality monitoring function, capable of real-time monitoring of inlet water quality (located above the instrument, near the functional detection area, indicated by a digital tube), RO water quality and temperature, as well as pure water quality and temperature.

Flushing "" 1. When powered on, the power indicator lights up and automatically flushes for 30 seconds; 2. After cumulative water production of 6 hours without intermediate flushing, it automatically flushes for 30 seconds; 3. Water Production "" 1. The lower two digits of the small digital tube display the current conductivity value (decimal point not displayed); 2. If the measured conductivity value is greater than 50 and in buzzer mode, the buzzer beeps; 3. Conductivity measurement is a process easily affected by interference, so please install the probe in the pipeline for measurement to avoid affecting accuracy; 4. Bubbles in the pipeline can also affect the accuracy of conductivity measurement; please pay attention to exhaust when reinstalling. Water Shortage "" 1. When the low-pressure switch detects that the raw water pressure is below the set value, the pure water machine enters the water shortage program, and the buzzer sounds. 2. Maintenance "" The instrument is set to a 12-hour working system to prevent forgetting to shut down after work. If it exceeds 12 hours, the maintenance symbol appears, work stops, protecting the instrument. If continuous work is needed, simply restart the machine.
