Working Principle of Xinrui Laboratory Ultrapure Water Machine:
The working principle of the laboratory ultrapure water machine involves pretreatment of tap water through precision filter cartridges and activated carbon filter cartridges to filter out particles such as sediment and adsorb odors, making the tap water cleaner. Then, the water undergoes purification and desalination via a reverse osmosis device. The purified water is stored in a storage tank, meeting the national tertiary water standard, while the wastewater from the reverse osmosis device is discharged. Reverse osmosis purified water undergoes deep desalination through a purification column to obtain Grade 1 water or ultrapure water. Finally, if there are special requirements, ultraviolet sterilization or micro-filtration, ultrafiltration, and other devices are added after the ultrapure water stage to remove residual bacteria, particles, pyrogens, etc. Precision filter cartridges, activated carbon filter cartridges, reverse osmosis membranes, and purification columns are materials with relative lifespans, with precision and activated carbon filter cartridges actually protecting the reverse osmosis membrane.

1. Control function: Fully automatic touch screen display controller with animated flowcharts, displaying and monitoring the operational status of each water treatment unit in real time.
2. Online display of operational status and parameters: Flow rate, pressure, source water quality, and product water quality are monitored and displayed digitally, providing real-time understanding of equipment operation for easy monitoring and analysis.
3. Automatic protection and alarm functions: Self-check at startup, low-water protection alarm, automatic reset after power failure, automatic shutdown and handling for high/low pressure, system interlocking, and automatic shutdown if local issues occur.
4. The reverse osmosis main unit features an anti-scaling program design for the RO membrane, with timed cyclic flushing of the RO membrane surface to effectively protect its operation.
5. Fully automatic control of all tank liquid levels: Intermediate tank, pure water tank, and equipment connections between tanks not only achieve interlocking but also protect each pump from dry running and damage.
6. Online monitoring of product water quality and recycling of substandard water: To ensure water quality meets requirements, the main unit's product water quality is monitored in real time, with a feedback device for recycling and reprocessing substandard water.
7. Equipped with an automatic pipeline flushing function to periodically clean the pipes, maintaining internal cleanliness. During flushing, water can be directly discharged or recycled back to the main unit for reuse, conserving water.
