Its control functions include: no water, water full, automatic shutdown, low pressure, overpressure automatic protection. The water output indicators can be set according to user requirements. If the set value is not reached, the water is recirculated through a backpressure valve for further treatment. Once the set requirements are met, the water collection valve can be opened for use. 1. Pre-treatment System
A specially designed three-stage pre-treatment system is included. It is particularly suitable for customers in areas with high tap water salinity, hardness, high solid impurities, and high chlorine content, offering extremely convenient and economical use. This system is meticulously designed based on the concept of "layer-by-layer protection and step-by-step filtration." Due to the large capacity and high precision design of each unit, the pre-treatment function is more powerful, self-protection is better, and the removal efficiency of various impurities is higher.
2. Reverse Osmosis System
It uses high-quality imported RO membranes. With extremely strong screening function, its performance is extremely stable. Under the system's set pressure, only water can pass through, not solutes. Therefore, it can precisely filter out bacteria, viruses, salts, and various carcinogenic substances in water. The desalination rate is ≥99%. The reverse osmosis system has an automatic cleaning function, effectively preventing scaling and clogging of the RO membrane, ensuring efficient and stable operation.
3. Ultra-Purification System
It uses the highest quality nuclear-grade polishing mixed-bed three-column resin. The setup of the ultra-purification system ensures that all ions in the water are removed. The water quality produced by this system can reach a resistivity of up to 18 MΩ/cm, sufficient to meet the basic application requirements of various experiments.
Performance Characteristics of the RS Series High-Purity Water Machine
1. Equipped with power indicator, pump operation indicator, low-pressure indicator, and system flushing indicator functions.
2. Uses imported ion filtration membranes and high-pressure, silent pure water pumps, ensuring more reliable operation quality and wider applicability to water quality;
3. Has a system flushing function: each time the machine is turned on to produce water, it automatically flushes for 18 seconds before the system starts water production;
4. Has a system protection function: when water pressure is too low or there is no water, the equipment automatically shuts down, and when water is available, the equipment automatically starts;
5. In addition to the above features, the RS-II high-purity water machine also has an online monitoring function, which can detect the output water quality of the high-purity water machine in real time, displaying the water quality (conductivity online monitoring, higher precision) and temperature on an LCD background.
