High-purity water production equipment belongs to ultrapure water, chemically pure water, with a theoretical conductivity of 18.3 MΩ·cm. High-purity water is also referred to as ultrapure water.
The Xinrui Laboratory high-purity water instrument equipment introduction adopts a microcomputer controller, which can be manually or automatically switched for operation. Its control functions include: no water, water full, automatic shutdown, low pressure, overpressure automatic protection, and the water output indicators can be set according to user requirements. If the set value is not reached, it undergoes cyclic treatment through the back pressure valve. Once the set requirements are met, the water collection valve can be opened for use. The reverse osmosis (RO) elements, high-purity precision polishing resin, and main accessories, machines, pumps, and instruments of this equipment can all be selected from imported materials, which provide reliable assurance for the equipment's quality.
Features of the Xinrui Laboratory high-purity water system:
· Uses a silent pump, with no vibration, noise, or electromagnetic radiation during system operation, having no impact on the working environment.
· Uses reverse osmosis membranes, which are stable in performance, have high desalination rates, and long service life.
· Uses exchange resin to make (ultra) purification columns, with large exchange capacity and high water output quality.
· Uses an all-metal chassis with electrostatic spray painting, effectively preventing water vapor corrosion.
· Water and electrical circuits are isolated, avoiding the impact of humid environments on the circuits.
Process introduction of Xinrui Laboratory high-purity water instruments:
1. Pre-treatment system
Equipped with a three-stage pre-treatment system. Particularly suitable for customers in areas with high tap water salinity, hardness, many solid impurities, and high chlorine content, it is extremely convenient and economical to use. This system is carefully designed based on the design concept of "layer-by-layer protection, step-by-step filtration." Since each unit adopts large capacity and high precision design, the pre-treatment function is more powerful, self-protection is better, and the removal efficiency of various impurities is higher.
2. Reverse osmosis system
Uses high-quality imported RO membranes. With strong screening function, its performance is extremely stable. Under the system's set pressure, it only allows water to pass through, not solutes. Therefore, it can precisely filter out bacteria, viruses, salts, and various carcinogens in water. Desalination rate ≥99%. The reverse osmosis system has an automatic cleaning function, effectively preventing scaling and clogging of the reverse osmosis membrane, ensuring its efficient and stable operation.
3. Ultrapurification system
Uses high-quality nuclear-grade polishing mixed-bed three-column resin. The setup of the ultrapurification system ensures that all ions in the water are removed. The resistivity of the water produced through this system can reach up to 18 MΩ/cm, sufficient to meet the basic application requirements of different experiments.
Performance characteristics of the RSE series high-purity water machine:
Has power indicator, pump operation indicator, low pressure indicator, and system rinse indicator functions.
2. Uses imported ion filtration membranes and high-pressure, silent pure water pumps, making operation more reliable and applicable to a wider range of water qualities;
3. Has a system rinse function: each time the machine is turned on to produce water, it automatically rinses for 30 seconds before the system starts producing water;
4. Has a system protection function: when water pressure is too low or there is no water, the equipment automatically shuts down; when water source is available, the equipment automatically starts;
5. The RSE series high-purity water machine has online water quality monitoring function, capable of real-time monitoring of inlet water quality (located above the instrument, near the function detection area, indicated by digital tubes), RO water quality temperature, and pure water quality temperature.

If the measured conductivity value is greater than 50 and in buzzer mode, the buzzer beeps; 3. Conductivity measurement is a process easily interfered with, so please install the probe in the pipeline for measurement, otherwise accuracy is affected; 4. Water shortage "" 1. When the low-pressure switch detects that the raw water pressure is below the set value, the pure water machine enters the water shortage program, and the buzzer sounds. 2. Maintenance "" The instrument is set to a 12-hour work system to prevent forgetting to shut down after work. If it exceeds 12 hours, the maintenance symbol appears, work stops, protecting the instrument. If continuous work is needed, simply restart the machine.
