The Xinrui ultra-pure water equipment utilizes methods such as pretreatment, reverse osmosis technology, ultra-purification treatment, and post-treatment to almost completely remove conductive media from water, as well as reduce colloidal substances, gases, and organic matter to very low levels.
The Xinrui laboratory ultra-pure water machine is roughly divided into four units: pretreatment, reverse osmosis, ion exchange, and terminal ultrafiltration. Tap water first passes through the pretreatment unit to remove larger particles, suspended solids, and some organic matter. It then enters the reverse osmosis unit, where ionic substances and macromolecules (such as viruses, microorganisms, etc.) are selectively removed. Afterwards, it goes through the ion exchange unit to purify and ultra-purify the residual trace ions left after membrane removal, reducing the ion content in the water to trace levels. Finally, technologies such as UV and ultrafiltration ensure that microorganisms, organic matter, and pyrogens in the ultra-pure water meet the requirements of various experimental applications.
Technical requirements for Xinrui ultra-pure water machine treatment:
1. Two-stage reverse osmosis for deep desalination; raw water quality <2000μs, hardness <450ppm;
2. Reverse osmosis pure water quality meets the GB6682-2008 Grade 3 water standard, while ultra-pure water exceeds the GB6682-2008 Grade 1 water standard.
3. System desalination rate ≥99.5%, raw water to wastewater ratio 1:3.
4. Self-diagnosis for abnormal operation (water quality and quantity of raw water, pre-purified water, and ultra-pure water), with alerts or automatic system shutdown.
5. Intelligent fault detection (online replacement indicators for key system components: solenoid valves, booster pumps, UV lamps, sensors, etc.).

Note: 1. Inlet water quality affects output water quality and the lifespan of filter cartridges; 2. When the source water quality is poor (TDS >200ppm), RO pure water quality may drop to above 10μs/cm²; 3. When raw water TDS >500, it is recommended to use a water softener.
