Laboratory high-purity water machines can almost completely remove conductive media from water, as well as reduce colloidal substances, gases, and organic matter to very low levels. The resistivity exceeds the limit of 10–18.3 MΩ*cm. Ultrapure water is difficult to achieve with ordinary pure water equipment. It typically involves four major steps: pretreatment, reverse osmosis technology, high-purity treatment, and post-treatment. Multiple filtration methods, high-performance ion exchange (polishing), ultrafiltration filters, UV lamps, TOC removal devices, and other treatments are used to achieve a resistivity of up to 18.25 MΩ*cm.

Process Introduction
1. Pretreatment System
Equipped with a three-stage pretreatment system. Particularly suitable for customers in areas with high tap water salinity, hardness, solid impurities, and chlorine content. It is extremely convenient and economical. The system is meticulously designed based on the concept of "layered protection, step-by-step filtration." Due to the large capacity and high precision of each unit, the pretreatment function is more powerful, self-protection is better, and the removal efficiency of various impurities is higher.
2. Reverse Osmosis System
Uses high-quality imported RO membranes. It has strong screening functionality, extremely stable performance, and allows only water to pass through under the system's set pressure, not solutes. Therefore, it can precisely filter out bacteria, viruses, salts, and various carcinogenic substances. The desalination rate is ≥99%. The reverse osmosis system has an automatic cleaning function, effectively preventing reverse osmosis membrane scaling and clogging, ensuring efficient and stable operation.
3. Ultrapurification System
Uses the highest quality nuclear-grade polishing mixed-bed three-column resin. The ultrapurification system removes all ions from the water, with the produced water quality resistivity reaching up to 18 MΩ/cm, sufficient to meet the basic requirements of various experiments.

2. Uses imported ion filtration membranes and high-pressure, silent pure water pumps for more reliable operation and broader water quality applicability;
3. Equipped with a system rinsing function: Before each startup for water production, the system automatically rinses for 30 seconds before starting water production;
4. Features a system protection function: When water pressure is too low or there is no water, the equipment automatically shuts down; when water supply resumes, the equipment automatically starts;
5. The RSE series high-purity water machine has an online water quality monitoring function, allowing real-time monitoring of inlet water quality (located above the instrument, near the functional detection area, indicated by digital tubes), RO water quality and temperature, and pure water quality and temperature.
