The catalyst evaluation reaction system is a fixed-bed reaction setup designed for completing catalyst activity evaluation and screening. It is suitable for gas, liquid, or simultaneous gas-liquid feeding; gas-solid, liquid-solid, and gas-liquid-solid reactions. It enables automatic control of temperature, gas flow rate, and liquid flow rate, with programmable temperature ramping (linear heating). By setting the heating and holding times for experimental temperatures through programmed heating, it facilitates staged online detection and analysis of experimental products under different pressures and temperatures in conjunction with analytical instruments such as GC gas chromatographs.

The fixed-bed catalytic reaction evaluation system consists of two parts: a fixed-bed catalytic reactor and a chromatographic analyzer. Gas flow control manages the composition and flow rate of feedstock gases, the fixed-bed catalytic reactor loads the catalyst and conducts temperature-controlled reactions, and the chromatograph detects and analyzes the composition of post-reaction products.
