Hot Pie® Volcanic Rare Earth Photothermal Fiber Yarn (Hot Pie Quick Heat Yarn) is prepared by fusing volcanic lava, rare earth minerals, polymer materials, and bio-extracted components, endowing the fiber with excellent properties such as light absorption and heat generation/light heat storage, far-infrared warming, long-lasting antibacterial effects, moisture absorption and breathability, as well as environmental and health benefits.

Light Absorption and Heat Generation/Light Heat Storage:

Volcanic lava contains abundant trace elements and a unique nanoporous structure, which significantly enhances light energy absorption and thermal energy storage. It continuously converts light energy into thermal energy and forms a strong insulating layer through its porous structure, reducing the dissipation of body heat and achieving efficient warmth retention.

Far-Infrared Warming:

Metal minerals in rare earth elements release far-infrared rays through interaction. The emitted far-infrared rays resonate with water molecules in human cells and tissues, promoting rapid blood circulation and thereby stimulating a comfortable warming effect from the inside out.
