Foshan plastic pallets, also known as Foshan plastic pallets, Foshan plastic skids, Foshan forklift boards, among other names, should be used correctly by stacking packaged goods on the pallet with appropriate strapping and wrapping to facilitate mechanical handling and transportation, thereby meeting the requirements for loading, unloading, transportation, and storage. **Load Capacity of Foshan Plastic Pallets** The load capacity of each pallet should be less than or equal to 2 tons. To ensure safety during transportation, the center of gravity of the loaded goods should not exceed two-thirds of the pallet's width. **Stacking Methods for Goods on Foshan Plastic Pallets** Based on the type of goods, the weight of the loaded goods, and the dimensions of the pallet, the stacking method should be reasonably determined. The utilization rate of the pallet's load-bearing surface area should generally be no less than 80%. The following requirements apply to the stacking of goods on pallets: 1. Hard rectangular goods such as wooden, paper, and metal containers should be stacked in single or multiple layers with interlocking patterns, and wrapped with stretch or shrink film. 2. Paper or fiber-based goods should be stacked in single or multiple layers, with cross-sealing using strapping bands. 3. Sealed cylindrical goods such as metal containers should be stacked in single or multiple layers, reinforced with wooden covers. 4. Paper products and textiles requiring moisture or water protection should be stacked in single or multiple layers with interlocking patterns, wrapped with stretch or shrink film, and reinforced with corner supports, partitions, or covers. 5. Fragile goods should be stacked in single or multiple layers, with additional wooden support partitions. 6. Cylindrical containers or goods such as metal bottles should be stacked vertically in a single layer, reinforced with frames and slats. 7. Bagged goods should be stacked in multiple layers with interlocking patterns and compacted.
