The intrinsically safe TL3-W thermometer is the latest fully-featured version of the ThermoProbe industry-standard TL Series. The TL3-W is certified to the latest global hazardous area standards (Ex).

The TL3-W Platinum Resistance Thermometer (PRT) is a weather-resistant upgrade to the TL3-A. Powered by 2-AAA batteries, it offers excellent battery life. The large display and easy-to-hold design make the TL3-W convenient for use as a reference thermometer in the lab or field. The rugged plastic alloy housing and buttons are well-suited for industrial applications, even when wearing gloves. The innovative TL3-W circuitry provides enhanced temperature accuracy, response time, and battery life.

Versatile software features allow for easy selection of Celsius or Fahrenheit units and display resolution. Minimum, maximum, and average temperatures are automatically stored in memory for later reference. Low battery display and fault mode indication protect the user from erroneous data. Encoded calibration is unaffected by temperature, vibration, or battery removal.

Includes a one-year warranty, protective holster, and NIST traceable 4-point calibration report.
