Product Introduction

The high-throughput tissue grinder can generate vertical oscillation and curved vortex oscillation. Utilizing the reciprocating vibration, impact, and shearing of grinding beads (zirconia, steel beads, glass beads, ceramic beads), the high-throughput tissue grinder enables rapid and uniform grinding of samples. It can process 36 samples simultaneously in one run. It demonstrates high efficiency in grinding challenging materials such as soil, hair, bones, teeth, stubborn bacteria, fungal cell walls, and even spores, with a short processing time that preserves the integrity of biological molecules (DNA, RNA, proteins) and drug molecules. There is no cross-contamination between samples.

15. Features an automatic lid lock function to prevent opening when the instrument is running.

16. Safety interlock: automatic shutdown when the lid is opened. The safety device is located at the front of the instrument lid, ensuring immediate shutdown even if the lid is slightly opened, guaranteeing operational safety.

17. The interior is treated with soundproofing materials, and the lid is sealed for sound insulation, providing ultra-strong noise reduction: noise level less than 45 dBA.

18. Touch screen includes: start, stop, pause, door open/close, system settings, parameter settings, parameter selection, and other touch keys.

19. The sample holder oscillation chamber is made of 304 stainless steel with seamless square grooves. The instrument外壳 is made of metal sheet with anti-rust surface treatment, ensuring high safety.

24. The sample adapters are universal and compatible with multiple similar instruments. They can be directly placed into nitrogen blowdown instruments and liquid separation instruments without tube transfer.
