Technical Parameters

Operation Methods and Precautions:
(1) First, degrease and clean the threads or joints, ensuring they are dry, clean, and free of oil.
(2) Select the appropriate anaerobic adhesive (viscosity) based on the gap size between the workpieces.
(3) Apply the anaerobic adhesive to the front end of the male thread (adjust the amount of adhesive according to the pipe size), then tighten with a tool when joining the male and female threads.
(4) The adhesive will begin to set in about 5 minutes after tightening. Do not loosen the glued parts during this time, as it may impair the adhesive's effectiveness.
(5) Full curing of the anaerobic adhesive takes over 24 hours. Therefore, large and medium-sized workpieces that have just been assembled should not be used until 24 hours later for optimal results.
(6) To accelerate full curing, apply heat above 80°C to the bonded area.
(7) For large gaps or loosely fitting threads or workpieces, mix in an appropriate amount of iron oxide powder and stir evenly before application.
(8) Once fully cured, the workpieces will be difficult to loosen. To disassemble, evenly heat the bonded area with high-temperature steam or direct flame until the adhesive softens.
(9) Do not expose this product to direct sunlight; store in a cool, ventilated place.
(10) After use, seal the container to prevent contamination by metal, dust, or other substances, which may shorten the shelf life.
(11) If the product comes into contact with skin, wash with soap.
