Performance Features

1. Indicator: The indicator complies with VDI/VDE 3845 NAMUR standards, facilitating the installation of accessories such as limit switches and positioners.

2. Output Shaft: The integrated forged nickel-plated alloy steel output shaft design meets NAMUR, ISO 5211, and DIN 3337 standards. Custom specifications are available upon customer request.

3. Cylinder Body: Made from high-quality extruded aluminum alloy with a hard anodized surface and Teflon coating.

4. End Cover: Die-cast aluminum alloy with surface hard anodizing and metal polyester coating.

5. Piston: Cast aluminum with hard anodizing treatment.

6. Adjustment Bolts: Two independent stroke adjustment bolts allow easy adjustment of the valve's opening and closing angle within ±5°.

7. Spring: Made from high-quality spring steel, pre-assembled under pressure. Easy to disassemble or change the number of springs to meet different torque output ranges.

8. Piston Ring: Low-friction, long-life composite material, easy to maintain and replace.

9. Seals: Nitrile rubber is used at room temperature. For high and low-temperature conditions, special seals are used based on customer requirements.

10. Air Source Interface: Complies with NAMUR standards, allowing direct installation of NAMUR standard solenoid valves. All fasteners are made of stainless steel.
