ECON Pneumatic Actuator EN ISO 5211

The Dutch ECON pneumatic actuator ENISO5211-F05F07-Y-LD-17 features an aluminum cylinder body, piston, and end covers, making it lighter compared to actuators of the same specification and structure. The cylinder body is made of extruded aluminum alloy and undergoes hard anodizing treatment, resulting in a hard texture on both inner and outer surfaces, high strength and hardness, low friction coefficient, flexible rotation, stable output force, and long service life. It is a commonly used pneumatic actuator.

The Dutch ECON pneumatic actuator is equipped with a bidirectional gear shaft travel limit device. The travel limit device located on the side of the housing allows the pneumatic actuator's travel to be adjusted by ±5° between 85° and 95°. These two travel limit devices are designed to withstand the actuator's rated torque and absorb the impact load caused by the recommended travel speed. By loosening the locking nut, the limit screws can be rotated counterclockwise and clockwise. Adjusting the left and right limit screws respectively can reduce or increase the travel angle, after which the locking nut is tightened.
