The DYNACTAIR C3 F05+F07 DD11 pneumatic actuator is a double-piston rack and pinion rotating structure pneumatic actuator. KSB's pneumatic actuators are piston-type, featuring long piston strokes, making them suitable for applications requiring high thrust. They can not only directly drive the valve stem but also be used in combination with worm gears and other mechanisms.

Performance Features
1. Indicator: The indicator complies with the VID/VIE3845 NAMUR standard, facilitating the installation of accessories such as limit switches and positioners.
2. Output Shaft: The integrated forged nickel-plated alloy steel output shaft design complies with NAMUR, ISO5211, and DIN3337 standards. Custom specifications are available based on customer requirements.
3. Cylinder Body: Made from high-quality extruded aluminum alloy with a hard anodized surface and Teflon coating.
4. End Covers: Die-cast aluminum alloy with anodized hardening and metal polyester coating.
5. Piston: Made of cast aluminum with hard anodizing treatment.
6. Adjustment Bolts: Two independent stroke adjustment bolts allow for precise adjustment of the valve opening and closing angle within ±5°.
7. Springs: Made of high-quality spring steel, pre-assembled under pressure. They can be easily removed or adjusted in quantity to meet different torque output ranges.
8. Piston Rings: Made of low-friction, long-life composite material for easy maintenance and replacement.
9. Seals: Nitrile rubber is used under normal temperatures, while special seals are available for high or low-temperature conditions based on customer requirements.
10. Air Source Interface: Complies with the NAMUR standard, allowing direct installation of NAMUR standard solenoid valves. All fasteners are made of stainless steel.
