Indicator: Multi-functional position indicator with NAMUR standard mounting slots for easy installation of various accessories, such as valve positioners, limit switches, etc.
Output Shaft: High-precision integrated gear output shaft made of nickel-plated alloy steel, compliant with ISO5211, DIN3337, and NAMUR standards. Customizable dimensions according to user requirements, with stainless steel material available as an option.
Cylinder Body: STM6005 extruded aluminum alloy cylinder body. Depending on requirements, surface treatments such as hard anodizing, epoxy resin spraying, PTFE coating, or nickel plating can be applied.
End Cover: Made of die-cast aluminum alloy with polyester coating. Optional treatments include metal powder coating, PTFE coating, or nickel plating. The default end cover color is matte black, with customizable shape and color based on user requirements.
Piston: Double-piston rack made of hard-anodized cast aluminum or zinc-plated cast steel. Symmetrical installation ensures quick operation and long service life. Rotation direction can be changed by simply reversing the piston.
Travel Adjustment: Two independent external travel adjustment screws allow convenient and precise ±5° adjustment of open and close positions in both directions.
High-Performance Springs: Pre-loaded assembly springs made of high-quality materials with coating treatment and pre-pressure assembly. Offers strong corrosion resistance and long service life. Single-acting actuators can be safely and easily disassembled, with varying spring quantities to meet different torque output ranges.
Bearings and Guide Plates: Low-friction, long-life composite materials prevent direct metal-to-metal contact, ensuring simple and convenient maintenance and replacement.
Sealing: O-rings use nitrile rubber under normal temperature conditions, while fluororubber or silicone rubber is used for high or low-temperature environments.
