The InterApp IA200S12.F05-F0711 pneumatic actuator is designed for rotary valves with a double-piston rack and pinion structure, providing stable output torque (0-8000 N.m). The cylinder body is made of aluminum alloy or stainless steel. The bottom shaft mounting hole of the pneumatic actuator complies with the ISO5211 standard, while the air supply port, top of the output shaft, and mounting holes at the top adhere to the NAMUR standard. The same specifications are available in double-acting and single-acting (spring return) versions, with the option to select rotation direction—clockwise or counterclockwise—based on valve requirements. Electromagnetic valves, positioners, limit switches, and manual override devices can be installed as per user needs.

The InterApp IA200S12.F05-F0711 pneumatic actuator features a high-quality extruded aluminum alloy cylinder body. The precision-machined internal bore and external surface undergo hard anodizing (with Teflon coating in special cases), ensuring an extended service life and a low friction coefficient. The integrated design allows all double-acting and single-acting actuator models to share the same cylinder body and end covers, facilitating easy conversion of action mode by adding or removing springs. The modular pre-loaded safety spring assembly enables convenient and safe installation or adjustment of the number of springs, both during assembly and in the field. Two separate adjustment screws on the external side provide exceptional convenience for actuators already mounted on valves, allowing adjustment of the valve open and closed positions. For full-stroke adjustment, longer screws are provided on both end covers. The multi-functional position indicator offers visual on-site indication and complies with VDI/VDE3845 and NAMUR standard slots, enabling the installation and output of all accessories such as limit switch boxes, electro-pneumatic positioners, and position sensors (e.g., Pepperl+Fuchs, Turck). The air supply interface conforms to NAMUR standards, allowing direct installation of NAMUR standard solenoid valves. Composite bushings on the back of the rack, piston guide rings, and output shaft bearings prevent metal-to-metal friction, enhance lubrication, and contribute to low friction and long service life. All fasteners are made of stainless steel for long-term corrosion resistance. The connection parts comply with the latest ISO5211 and DIN3337 (F03-F25) standards, ensuring interchangeability and universality in product installation.
