VF-735 Fluorine-lined Butterfly Valve

The VF-735 Fluorine-lined Butterfly Valve can be used for switching and regulating applications. It is suitable for controlling gases, liquids, slurries, solid powders, and other fluids in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food, papermaking, and water treatment.

Performance Features
1. The valve body and disc of the conventional butterfly valve are lined with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), isolating the medium from the valve body to achieve anti-corrosion effects.
2. Under normal conditions, it can replace stainless steel valve bodies, offering higher cost-effectiveness. The butterfly disc is installed along the diameter direction of the pipeline.
3. In the known butterfly valve technology, the sealing form mostly adopts a sealing structure, with sealing materials such as PTFE. Due to structural limitations, it is not suitable for industries requiring high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance.

Product Advantages
1. It has excellent chemical stability, high heat resistance, cold resistance, and a very low friction coefficient, making it an excellent self-lubricating material.
2. It is suitable for pipelines handling strong alkalis, organic solvents of various concentrations, and other corrosive gases and liquid media.
3. The F46 lining material can withstand temperatures up to 140°C, while the PFA lining material can withstand temperatures up to 200°C.
