ACTAIR C30 F07+F10 DD19 Pneumatic Wafer Butterfly Valve

The German KSB ACTAIR C30 F07+F10 DD19 pneumatic wafer butterfly valve is composed of a pneumatic actuator and BOAX-B series butterfly valve. As an important actuator in industrial automation control systems, it enables remote centralized control to meet the needs of computer program control. Today, it is widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, gas equipment, nuclear industry, power equipment, environmental water treatment, HVAC, steel metallurgy, industrial furnaces, filling equipment, brewing equipment, drying equipment, vacuum equipment, surface treatment, biopharmaceuticals, food machinery, textile printing and dyeing, and papermaking.

The pneumatic wafer butterfly valve has two sealing types: elastic seal and metal seal. For elastic seal valves, the sealing ring can be embedded in the valve body or attached around the butterfly plate.
The pneumatic wafer butterfly valve has a long service life but is difficult to achieve complete sealing. Metal seals can adapt to higher working temperatures, while elastic seals have the limitation of being temperature-sensitive.
The clever wedge design gives the pneumatic wafer ball valve an automatic sealing function that tightens as it closes.
The pneumatic wafer butterfly valve has a simple structure, small size, and light weight, consisting of only a few components, making it easy to install.
When the pneumatic wafer butterfly valve is in the fully open position, the thickness of the butterfly plate is the only resistance to the medium flowing through the valve body, resulting in a very small pressure drop across the valve and thus excellent flow control characteristics.
