Spanish ACTREG ACT40R/ADA40 Pneumatic Ball Valve

The Spanish ACTREG Aichuange ACT40R/ADA40 Pneumatic Ball Valve is a straight-through ball valve that requires only a 90° rotation of the ball to switch between fully open and fully closed. It is widely used in industries such as chemical and petrochemical, oil and gas, power plants, and steel.

■ Designed with a drive mounting platform according to ISO5211 standards, it can directly accommodate various types of actuators and offers two sets of PCD for user selection.
■ The concealed gland plate under the ISO5211 platform allows for tightening the packing nut to prevent medium leakage without disassembling the actuator while the valve is in service.
■ A safety lock plate to prevent misoperation is located under the ISO5211 platform, which does not interfere with the installation and use of the actuator. It must be removed if the valve rotation needs to exceed the 0~90° range.

Performance Features
■ High Flow Capacity---This valve offers excellent shut-off performance. When fully open, the flow path is nearly identical to the pipe inner diameter, resulting in minimal fluid pressure loss. It is ideal for on-off control of various liquids, gases, slurries, and other fluids.
■ Anti-Static Function---Through the push of a spring behind the anti-static steel ball, it ensures tight contact with the ball groove wall, transmitting static electricity generated by friction between the ball and seat to the stem. Specially designed conductive material in the gland plate ensures tight contact with the body and stem, further conducting static electricity to the valve body.
■ Excellent External Leakage Resistance---A double-disc spring washer design ensures that two pre-compressed disc springs compensate for minor stem leakage by releasing their pre-deformation to tighten the packing again.
