Fire-safe structural design: In the event of a fire at the valve usage site, non-metal sealing rings decompose or are damaged under high temperatures. The fire-safe design employs fire-resistant materials such as graphite for sealing, ensuring effective sealing performance;
Anti-static design: Utilizes springs and a ball electrostatic discharge device to create an electrostatic channel between the ball and the valve body via the valve stem. This directs static electricity generated during the opening and closing of the ball and sealing ring to the ground through the valve body, preventing potential hazards such as fires or explosions caused by electrostatic sparks;
Equipped with a locking device to prevent misoperation of the valve;
Valve stem designed with an anti-blowout structure;
Floating ball valve employs an elastic sealing ring structural design. When the medium pressure is low, the contact area between the sealing ring and the ball is small, creating a high sealing specific pressure to ensure reliable sealing. When the medium pressure is high, the elastic deformation of the sealing ring increases the contact area with the ball, allowing the sealing ring to withstand high medium thrust without damage;
