Taiwan Jie-Liu VALUE VP0075DA Pneumatic Butterfly Valve Actuator features a high-quality extruded aluminum alloy cylinder body, with precision-machined internal bore and external surfaces treated with hard anodizing (under special circumstances, anodizing + Teflon coating), offering extended service life and low friction coefficient. The integrated design ensures that all double-acting and single-acting actuator models share the same cylinder body and end caps, allowing easy conversion of action modes by adding or removing springs. The modular pre-loaded safety spring set enables convenient and safe installation or adjustment of spring quantity both during assembly and on-site. Two separate adjustment screws on the external side provide precise and convenient tuning of valve open and close positions for actuators already mounted on valves; for full-stroke adjustment, longer adjustment screws are additionally provided on both end caps. The multi-functional position indicator offers on-site visual indication, complies with VDI/VDE3845 and NAMUR standard slots, and can accommodate and output all accessories such as limit switch boxes, electro-pneumatic positioners, and position sensors (Pepperl+Fuchs, Turck). The air supply interface conforms to NAMUR standards, allowing direct installation of NAMUR standard solenoid valves. Composite bushings on the back of the rack, piston guide rings, and output shaft bearings prevent metal-to-metal friction, enhance lubrication, and ensure low friction and long service life. All fasteners are made of stainless steel for long-term corrosion resistance. The connection parts comply with the latest international standards ISO5211 and DIN3337 (F03-F25), ensuring interchangeability and universality in product installation.
