ACTAIR C100 F14 SQ36 Pneumatic Actuator

Germany KSB ACTAIR C100 F14 SQ36 Pneumatic Actuator is a pneumatic actuator that uses compressed air as the power source, driving the gear transmission of the output shaft through the linear motion of the piston rack to produce angular travel output. Available in double-acting and single-acting types, it is widely suitable for the switching and regulation of quarter-turn valves such as ball valves, butterfly valves, and plug valves. It can also be applied to other rotary applications, making it an ideal device for automating industrial pipeline control.

The interface between the actuator and valve complies with ISO5211 and DIN3337.
The interface between the actuator and control valve (solenoid valve, etc.) complies with NAMUR.
The interface between the actuator and signal units (limit switches, positioners) complies with NAMUR.
Travel Range and Open-Close Angle Adjustment
Standard travel: 0°±5° to 90°±5° (Two independent external adjustment bolts allow for a ±5° adjustment range at both 0° and 90° simultaneously.)
